The Full Monty signature cocktail
- 60ml. El Centurion 102 Blanco Agave
- 30ml. Fresh Orange Juice
- 15ml. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15ml. Grenadine
- Cherry through skewer
- Pomegranate Seeds
Combine all ingredients and add ice cubes into our El Centurion 102 cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into Champagne Coupe. Add grenadine and garnish with Cherry through skewer and sprinkle with Pomegranate Seeds.
102 Old Fashioned Añejo
• 60ml. El Centurion 102 Añejo
• 1 Cube brown sugar
• A few drops of bitters
• Orange peel for garnish
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass. Stir and strain over a block of ice. Garnish with a twisted orange peel.
