TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PROMOTER

The promoter of this competition is El Centurion 102 ("the Promoter").

2. COMPETITION PERIOD

The competition opens on the date of publication and closes at 23:59 on 12 August 2026. No entries received after the closing date will be considered.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1 Entry is open to South African residents only.

3.2 Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

3.3 Employees, directors, agents, consultants, suppliers of the Promoter and their immediate family members may not enter the competition.

3.4 By entering, participants confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the competition, participants must:

• Purchase any bottle of El Centurion 102 via the official online store during the competition period.
• Follow @elcenturion102 on Instagram.
• Like the competition post.
• Tag the person they would take to the match in the comments section of the competition post.

Bonus Entry

Participants may receive one additional entry by sharing the competition post to their Instagram Story and tagging @elcenturion102.

Participants must retain their order confirmation, order number, and proof of purchase, which may be requested by the Promoter to validate an entry and claim a prize.

5. PRIZES

There will be one (1) winners.

Prize 

• Two (2) tickets to the Springboks vs All Blacks match.
• Venue: Ellis Park Stadium, Johannesburg.
• Match Date: 22 August 2026.

5.4 IMPORTANT PRIZE CONDITIONS

The prize consists solely of the match tickets described above.

The Promoter will not be responsible for and does not provide or cover any additional costs associated with attendance at the matches, including but not limited to:

• Flights or air travel
• Road transport or fuel costs
• Accommodation
• Meals and beverages
• Parking fees
• Travel insurance
• Visa or travel documentation (if applicable)
• Merchandise
• Personal expenses
• Any other costs not expressly included in the prize description

Winners and their guests are solely responsible for arranging and paying for their own transport, accommodation, and all other expenses related to attending the match.

No cash alternative will be offered in lieu of any portion of the prize.

6. WINNER SELECTION

6.1 Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received.

6.2 The draw will take place on or before 15 August 2026.

6.3 The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

7.1 Winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message, email, telephone, or any contact details associated with their purchase.

7.2 Winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age, and proof of purchase.

7.3 If a winner cannot be contacted within 72 hours, declines the prize, fails to provide the required verification documents, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

8.1 The prize is not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash.

8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control require such substitution.

8.3 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent information, or breaches these Terms and Conditions.

8.4 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, postpone, or terminate the competition at any time if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.

9. PUBLICITY

By accepting the prize, the winner agree that the Promoter may use their name, likeness, photographs, video content, and competition-related content for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. PRIVACY

Any personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of the competition and in accordance with applicable South African privacy laws, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, cancellation, postponement, or claim arising from participation in the competition or acceptance and use of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Should either match be postponed, rescheduled, cancelled, or altered by the event organisers, the Promoter shall not be held responsible for any resulting costs, losses, or claims.

12. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By entering this competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
