We offer standard nationwide courier delivery across South Africa via trusted logistics partners.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders are only dispatched once:

• Payment is confirmed

• Stock availability is verified

• Age verification requirements are satisfied (see Alcohol Compliance below)


Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on location. Main city centres may receive deliveries faster than regional or rural areas.


Shipping Costs

Standard nationwide shipping fees apply and are calculated at checkout.


Bulk Orders

Orders of 20 units or more require prior approval.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE & RISK

• Orders are confirmed only once dispatched

• We reserve the right to cancel any order before dispatch

• Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the courier

• We are not liable for courier delays, customs delays, or events outside our control

ALCOHOL COMPLIANCE & AGE RESTRICTIONS

By purchasing from this website, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years or older (South Africa) or legal drinking age in your country

• You are legally allowed to purchase and receive alcohol

• You consent to age verification upon delivery if required


We reserve the right to:

• Request proof of age before dispatch or delivery

• Refuse delivery if the recipient cannot provide valid identification

• Cancel any order suspected of underage purchase attempts

Delivery Restrictions

Alcohol deliveries:

• Will not be left unattended where prohibited

• May require signature and ID verification upon receipt

• Cannot be delivered to minors under any circumstances

If delivery is refused due to age verification failure, the order may be returned and refunded minus shipping costs.


LOST OR DELIVERED PARCELS

• Once marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer

• We are not liable for theft or loss after confirmed delivery

• We will assist in investigating courier issues where possible
