SMOKY THYME PALOMA
It’s not a Camps Bay sunrise, it’s our smoky, citrus-driven fresh twist on a classic Paloma.
Ingredients
- 60 ml El Centurion 102 Aged (Reposado)
- 30 ml fresh grapefruit juice
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- 15 ml cane syrup
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme
- Splash of lemon-lime soda
- Garnish: thyme sprig & lime wheel
Method
Lightly muddle thyme in a shaker. Add tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, cane syrup, and ice. Shake well until chilled and fine strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with a splash of lemon-lime soda. Garnish with a thyme sprig and lime wheel.
